Carl C. Sutter, P.E., F.ASCE, BC.WRE is retired from McMahon Engineers & Architects of Neenah, Wisconsin. He was a Senior Vice President and part owner in charge of the Environment & Infrastructure Division of the Company.
He has been very involved with the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), serving in several positions and assisting with authorship in Manuals of Practice. His last position was Society Director (Region 3) where he served on the Society Board of Direction representing six states and four Canadian Provinces. He is a Fellow in that organization.
He is also a member of the Environmental & Water Resources Institute where he is a Board Certified Water Resources Engineer.
During his 41-year career as an engineer, he has specialized in water resources with an emphasis on sanitary sewerage collection, stormwater management, and water distribution systems.
