Dr. Bedessem has more than 35 years of civil/environmental engineering exprience in the regulatory, academic, and consulting fields. She joined Trihydro Corp after seven years as a University of Wyoming Civil Engineering faculty member teaching and conducting research primarily focused on groundwater quality and bioremediation, nutrient pollution and wastewater treatment. The majority of her projects include biological components, relying heavily on her education as a biologist as well as an engineer. Dr. Bedessem's consluting career has also provided her with extensive experience in solid waste management including landfill leachate and gas management, monitoring and assessment. She previously served on Wyoming's Water and Waste Advisory Board and currently serves on the State of Wyoming Environmental Quality Council. She was also honored to serve as the 2022-2023 President of the Environmental & Water Resources Institute of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
