Susan Coyle, P.E., CFM, is a Senior Project Manager in the Engineering Planning Department at the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD). In this capacity, she manages a variety of watershed-related, planning-level projects. Susan also provides hydraulic modeling support for the Watercourse Section’s design, construction, and O&M projects. Prior to joining MMSD as the Hydraulic Modeler and Analyst in 2015, she spent 12 years in the private sector, where she conducted floodplain determinations for clients ranging from FEMA to state and local governments to private landowners. Susan holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She is a registered professional engineer in the State of Wisconsin and a Certified Floodplain Manager. Susan is a member of the Board of Directors for the Southeastern Wisconsin Watersheds Trust (Sweet Water) and serves on the Steering Committee for the Future City Competition Wisconsin Region.
