Megan Wiley Rivera’s primary expertise is developing operational strategies for water resources systems. Her background in practicing and teaching water management provides effective stakeholder engagement, co-education, and communication skills along with technical expertise in Water Resources Modeling. Dr. Rivera has managed many projects, developed and applied models throughout North America, and led HydroLogics as its President. Her experience includes collaborative modeling for decision-support, applied research in reservoir operating rules as a strategy for climate change adaptation, and litigation support.
