Megan Bender, PE, CFM is a senior water resources engineer with Geosyntec Consultants in their Milwaukee, Wisconsin office. She has 15 years of experience in stormwater management and is a licensed professional engineer in the states of Wisconsin, Illinois, Colorado, Michigan, and MIssouri. She has dual bachelor's degrees from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in Geology & Geophysics and Geological Engineering and a master's degree from Marquette University in Environmental Engineering with a focus on water resources. She is the past president of the Wisconsin Association for Floodplain, Stormwater, and Coastal Managers and is a Certified Floodplain Manager. She has lived in Milwaukee since 2010 and loves the opportunities living on a Great Lake provides.
