Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD)
Patrick Elliott is a Senior Project Manager at the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District. The KK River watershed work includes reducing flood risk to over 700 residential and commercial structures located in the updated 100-year floodplain, removing concrete channel lining and naturalizing over 7 miles of stream, and providing enhancements to the local park system and riparian corridors. The total costs of these improvements are currently estimated over $400 million. Patrick is a Professional Engineer and a Certified Floodplain Manager.
